Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Promotion is open to guests who book directly through www.exumaexclusives.com for stays at participating properties.

• To be eligible for the Yeti Cooler: booking must meet a minimum stay requirement of 4 nights and a minimum total booking value of $4,000 USD.

• Only new reservations made for travel dates between August are eligible.

• Offer is valid for guests aged 18 and older.

2. Offer Details

• Eligible guests may choose one (1) of the following:

  • Reimbursement for Vacation Rental Travel Insurance from a travel insurance provider such as Generali (Link: Generali Insurance) up to a maximum of 7% of the booking value as seen on your Exuma Exclusives booking confirmation; OR

  • One (1) Yeti Cooler (Hopper Flip 12 Soft Cooler - color subject to availability).

3. Claiming the Offer

• Guests must use the coupon codes (EECooler2025 or EEInsurance2025) in the check-out.

• If selecting travel insurance, guests must submit a valid receipt for coverage purchased for their trip within 14 days of purchase, and reimbursement will be processed within 30 days.

• If selecting the Yeti cooler, the cooler will be shipped to the guest’s U.S. or Canadian mailing address. Our team will reach out to the guest to coordinate delivery. If the guest’s shipping address is outside of the U.S. or Canada, the shipping cost will be borne by the guest.

4. Restrictions

• Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions.

• Limit one gift per reservation/household.

• Not valid for reservations made via third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo).

• No cash value or substitutions unless otherwise decided by Exuma Exclusives.

• Guests who cancel or shorten their stay will forfeit the promotional item/value. Additionally, if the promotional item has already been shipped, the value/cost of the gift will be deducted from the amount returned to the guest for the cancellation.

5. General Terms

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time for any reason.

• Fraudulent claims or abuse of the promotion may result in disqualification and cancellation of any incentives.

• This promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Generali Global Assistance or any travel insurance provider. Exuma Exclusives is solely responsible for reimbursing guests for qualifying travel insurance purchases under the terms of this promotion.

• This offer is void where prohibited by law.
